  • Cancellation Policy


 - A 48 hour notice is required for ANY cancellations or changes to appointments.

- Cancellations or changes that occur between 24-48 hrs will be charged 50% of the service price.

- Cancellations or changes that occur less than 24hrs, including no-call no-shows will be charged the FULL cost of the service price.

- Deposits are non-refundable

- Service times are NOT extended, refunds are NOT issued, and charges will NOT be reduced for late arrivals.

- Your practitioner reserves the right to amend/modify your appointment if you are late by              any amount of time.

- CANCELLATION FEES ARE CHARGED REGARDLESS OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES!

Please understand that I am a small business and am committed to you and your service. I understand that life happens and things come up out of our control. I value your time as much as my own and appreciate your understanding in this. To remain fair this policy is enforced for EVERY client.

     


  • Sick Policy


       PLEASE DO NOT COME TO ANY APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE SICK OR HAVE BEEN AROUND        SOMEONE WHO IS SICK!! Germs are spread very easily and every service I offer requires us          to be in very close proximity to one another. If I get sick I cannot work. If you arrive sick you        will be asked to return home and will be responsible for the full cost of your service.

  • Refund Policy


       ALL SERVICE SALES ARE FINAL! There are NO REFUNDS under any circumstances. I hold            high standards for each of the services I offer. I want each person that lays in my chair to              leave happy! If my services ever do not meet your expectations, please let me know as soon            as possible so I can make any necessary corrections for you!

  • Duty to Inform Policy


      Your health and safety are of the upmost importance! I therefore require your full disclosure         on client waiver forms and during consultations. I will not assume responsibility for any                 adverse reactions to services rendered when the client has failed to inform me of                             contraindications.

  • Right to Refuse Service



       Insatiable Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion when                    necessary. Please always be respectful and courteous.

       Clients MUST be at least 16 years old to receive a service and parental consent is required.

Etiquette

  • Be on time-- appointments are all based on time and I will likely have another appointment before and/or after yours. Service times are not extended if you are late.

  • Silence and put away your phone-- it is distracting to others in the salon and I cannot answer your phone for you while I am doing your service.

  • Caffeine-- please do not consume any caffeine prior to your appointment. It affects several aspects of the services I offer. 

  • Smell good-- all of the services I provide requires us to be in very close proximity to one another. Please make sure you have recently bathed, your breath is fresh, and avoid excessive or strong perfumes. 

  • Tipping-- as with any service you receive (massage, nails, food service) it is appropriate and appreciated to tip at least 20% of the cost of your service.

  • Confirm your appointments-- please confirm when you receive your appointment text or email reminders. It helps me to know you plan on being there.

  • Arrive with clean lashes-- if you are receiving a lash service, please arrive with clean lashes and all traces of makeup removed. I cannot work on unclean lashes and it will take time away from your service if I have to deep clean them, you will also be charged an extra fee.

  • No children-- please make arrangements for childcare as there are no children allowed in the salon. There are many hazards to children around the salon. Most of the services I offer requires your eyes to be closed and there will not be anyone available to supervise them.

Health and Safety

  • Insatiable Beauty will always strictly adhere to all DORA and CDC guidelines.

  • All procedure implements, station, and products will all be sanitized, disinfected, and/or sterilized before and after every client. 

  • Your provider will wash their hands before and after every client.

  • Your provider will use and reapply hand sanitizer when necessary.
